Who we are
Orbinova Solutions Ltd ('Orbinova', 'we', 'us') is an industrial AI company registered in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at info@orbinovasolutions.com.
What we collect, and why
Contact and pilot enquiries. When you contact us, the form on this site opens your own email client; your message is sent to info@orbinovasolutions.com and is not stored on this website. We use the details you provide (name, company, role, the asset you describe) solely to respond to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries you initiate.
Booking a call. If you book a pilot call, scheduling is handled by Calendly LLC. Calendly collects the details you enter (name, email, meeting preferences) under its own privacy policy. We receive the booking details to prepare for and hold the meeting.
Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses and request metadata as necessary to serve and secure the site. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this website.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not run third-party advertising. We do not profile visitors. We do not transfer your personal data outside the UK or EEA except where a service provider (such as Calendly or Cloudflare) does so under appropriate safeguards, including UK-approved standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
Enquiry emails are retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, after which they are deleted. Booking data follows Calendly's retention policy and our own correspondence retention above.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@orbinovasolutions.com. We respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Pilot engagements are governed by separate agreements with their own data protection terms; customer operational data never touches this website.
